Compensation for War Victims

Compensation for War Victims

Afri-Sud Organisation’s vision and mission on individual and collective compensation through the reparation program.
Afri-Sudd seeks, in accordance with local and international laws, to prove the right of victims to physical and psychological compensation resulting from violations by coordinating and working with victims of conflict to know the form of compensation and training them to understand it and find ways to obtain direct civil compensation through national and international courts.
Afri-Sudd conducts a comprehensive comparison of previously completed local and international compensation cases, including compensation cases in the courts of Rwanda and Yugoslavia, in order to help victims and empower them with information about the planners and perpetrators of violations and crimes, about the compensated persons and the methods and mechanisms of compensation.
Afri-Sudd seeks to prove that the position does not exempt from compensation in the event of committing a crime and that compensation is comprehensive, including those affected by formal and informal mining.
Afri-Sudd cooperates with international and local organizations to prove the right to direct material compensation by knowing and proving this from the victims of violations.
